WAITER

DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the head waiter, the waiter greets customers, informs them about the food on offer and the products of the vineyards, while providing top-of-the-range table service.

TASKS:

  • Welcome and inform customers about the range of meals available
  • Recommend wines to match the food you order
  • Inform customers about various alcoholic products
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Serving meals at tables
  • Ensuring superior customer service
  • Work cleanly and respect the company's dress code
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by his/her immediate superior and necessary for the smooth running of the company

SKILLS:

  • At least one year's service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Be punctual
  • Be organized and focus on priorities
  • Customer service skills: discretion, friendliness and dynamism
  • Adapting your work schedule to the number of people at your facility
  • Ability to work as a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Be able to work in a calm, polite and respectful manner
  • Stress tolerance
  • Interest in and/or knowledge of wines and spirits

SALARY:

  • From $15.00/hour + tips

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
  • Weekdays / Weekends
