DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the maître d'hôtel, the host is responsible for the restaurant's reception. An expert in interpersonal relations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our customers.

TASKS:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers
  • Working with established seating plans and reservations
  • Detect problems and inform the headwaiter
  • Ensuring superior customer service
  • Work cleanly and respect the company's dress code
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by his/her immediate superior and necessary for the smooth running of the company

SKILLS:

  • Excellent presentation and hospitality skills
  • Be punctual, courteous, listen to customers.
  • Be organized and focus on priorities
  • Customer service skills: discretion, friendliness and dynamism
  • Bilingual
  • Adapting your work schedule to the number of people at your facility
  • Ability to work as a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Be able to work in a calm, polite and respectful manner
  • Good stress resistance

SALARY:

  • 13.50 + tips

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
