DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION? DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We always recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, to make sure we have a table ready for you and to avoid any disappointment. You can easily make your reservation through the link here.
Spontaneous guests are always welcome! But trust us, even though we'll do our best to accommodate you without a reservation, no one wants to show up hungry and be turned away.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
With a short Sugar Shack season and limited availability, we encourage you to book your reservation early to avoid disappointment.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE THEM?
Unfortunately, the menu is not designed to accommodate people with severe allergies or specific dietary requirements. If you still choose to take part in the Sugar Shack experience despite an allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, please make sure to inform your server upon arrival so they can guide you on the composition of the dishes throughout your meal.
HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE LAST?
Each service lasts 2.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy every bite without feeling rushed. We do kindly ask that you arrive on time, as we want everyone to have the best experience. Arriving late means you might miss out, and we'd prefer to avoid that!
IS THE SUGAR SHACK EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
Of course! Kids are always welcome, and they even get the same menu as the adults, at a reduced price. They’re so lucky!
0 - 2 years old: FREE
3 - 6 years old: $20
7 - 12 years old: $30

DO YOU OFFER WINE TASTINGS AND/OR GUIDED TOURS LIKE YOU DO DURING THE SUMMER?
Unfortunately, no, as we’re dedicating all our efforts to the Sugar Shack experience. However, the cocktail bar on the first floor will be open if you'd like to kick off or end your visit with a glass of wine or a cocktail prepared with our homemade syrups and spirits.
Don’t hesitate to stop by our boutique if you'd like to explore some local products or bring some wines home !
CAN I BUY MAPLE SYRUP AND/OR OTHER MAPLE PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can! Our maple products are available all year long (subject to availability). You can purchase them directly at our boutique after your visit or place an order on our website. They make the perfect gift or a sweet treat for yourself!
DO YOU HAVE CHARGING STATIONS?
Not only do we have two 240V charging stations, but they're also free! We just ask that you share and not leave your car plugged in for too long, so everyone gets a chance to use them.
