WAITER
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the head waiter, the waiter greets customers, informs them about the food on offer and the products of the vineyards, while providing top-of-the-range table service.
TASKS:
- Welcome and inform customers about the range of meals available
- Recommend wines to match the food you order
- Inform customers about various alcoholic products
- Bilingual preferred
- Serving meals at tables
- Ensuring superior customer service
- Work cleanly and respect the company's dress code
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by his/her immediate superior and necessary for the smooth running of the company
SKILLS:
- At least one year's service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Be punctual
- Be organized and focus on priorities
- Customer service skills: discretion, friendliness and dynamism
- Adapting your work schedule to the number of people at your facility
- Ability to work as a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Be able to work in a calm, polite and respectful manner
- Stress tolerance
- Interest in and/or knowledge of wines and spirits
SALARY:
- From $15.00/hour + tips
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
- Weekdays / Weekends
