BARMAN
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Maitre d' or Tasting Manager, the bartender must be passionate about mixology and sommellerie! Daily work involves preparing orders for cocktails, drinks and coffees, and interacting with customers in the dining room and/or cocktail bar according to established standards.
TASKS:
- Setting up the workstations
- Organize the service area
- Greet and advise customers
- Contribute to customer loyalty and development
- Preparation of various syrups and cocktail garnishes
- Preparing cocktails and other drinks
- Act as a barista
- Work cleanly and respect the company's dress code
- Carry out all other tasks assigned by his immediate superior and necessary for the smooth running of the company
SKILLS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be punctual and resourceful
- Setting the mood and creating a friendly atmosphere
- Ability to work as a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Be able to work in a calm, polite and respectful manner
- Stress tolerance
- Interest in and/or knowledge of wines and spirits, sommelier experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and bilingual preferred

SALARY:
- Between $16.00 and $20.00 depending on experience + tips
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
- Weekdays / Weekends
